President Account Executive
Now the president of Shinberg Insurance, Chris joined back in 2007 as managing owner to reorganize the agency and develop a sales culture focused on organic growth and profit for its investors. His primary role is the oversight and development of Shinberg’s Commercial, Personal and Employee Benefits departments. Prior to joining the Shinberg Agency, Chris had 13 years of real estate experience, most recently as the owner/broker of a realty franchise in the Lansing area, and before that as the owner of a real estate investment company.
Staff Accountant II
Stacy began her career with The Campbell Group in 1997 and has worked in Acrisure’s corporate accounting since their partnership began in 2009. She started in the claims department but quickly moved into accounting where she has worked for the last 18 years. Currently, Stacy handles the accounting duties for Acrisure’s partner agency RRL Insurance as well as helping corporate accounting with agency accounting integration as Acrisure continues to grow.
Trish began her insurance career with Acrisure partner agency/Shinberg Insurance Agency in 2008. She started as a CSR, but moved quickly into the Office Manager position. In 2011, Trish accepted the Compliance Manager position with Acrisure’s corporate office. As such, Trish manages all aspects of compliance for Acrisure and the partner agencies. She also oversees all insurance contracts as well as insurance licensing and business registrations for all employees and entities.
Danielle joined Acrisure in November of 2013 as the Compliance Assistance, working under the supervision of Trish Partin. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Michigan in December of 2012. Since then, Danielle’s love of working with Acrisure continues to grow and she is looking forward to a long career of growth with the company.
Jim joined our Acrisure Benefits Group as its President, in late 2011, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in consulting employers of all sizes in designing investment grade employee benefit strategies that focus on the following: attacking cost drivers, transforming information into applications, intelligent plan designs, wellness, communication and education, creative finance and productivity. Jim started a Health Maintenance Organization in Denver, CO and also ran the NW division of a top fifty health care firm in Seattle, WA. He has been named among the Top Ten Account Executives in the nation for Aetna. Jim graduated from Aquinas College with degrees in business and biology. He also attained Certification for Managed Health Care from Harvard University.

Acrisure Business Outsourcing Services
Dan Mannes is Vice President of ABOS Sales for Acrisure Business Outsourcing Services (ABOS). Dan focuses his time managing relationships between carriers and clients, has a specialty focus in the Oil & Gas industry and has successfully placed over 7,000 lives into the ABOS PEO program. As Vice President for ABOS Sales, Dan oversees the swales process and client deliverables on a daily basis, from payroll processing, to HR Compliance, to Benefits on-boarding. Dan is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. He is a member of NAPEO (National Association of Professional Employer Organizations) since 1997.
Director of Loss & Claims Management
Chuck joined Acrisure in January of 2014, as the Director of Loss & Claims Management. Chuck is an attorney with a strong background in plaintiff and insurance defense work. He has worked for law firms on behalf of insurance carriers, and for the last seven years was in-house claims counsel for Farmers Insurance. With his expertise, he is leading our Claims Management and Corporate Risk departments and oversees all loss and corporate risk areas that touch Acrisure, Agency Partners, clients and carriers.
Vice President, Risk Management Practice
Randy came to us as a Senior Vice President with Marsh USA, Inc. As the Vice President of the Risk Management Practice Group, he manages a number of major clients and is responsible for providing leadership to the overall client service practice. Randy attended the University of Detroit and completed numerous industry courses.
Director of Legal Compliance
Sara joined Acrisure Benefits Group as the Director of Legal Compliance in 2012. At ABG, Sara uses her extensive knowledge and skill to offer market-differentiating legal compliance expertise to clients and prospects. Prior to joining ABG, she practiced as an employee benefits attorney for seven years at Miller Johnson law firm. During her time at Miller Johnson, Sara assisted employers in navigating the increasingly complex environment of employee benefit compliance. She has a particular expertise in health and welfare benefits, including the new federal Health Care Reform law. She has written several health care reform articles for Miller Johnson and other law publications. Sara graduated from Miami University with a Business Administration degree. She completed her law degree at Wayne State University Law School and was the Associate Editor for the Wayne Law Review.
